Sending your watch,

Before sending your watch, please get in touch first by telephone or preferably fill in the contact us form provided. I will then be in better position to advise you further.

Then, print a repair form, and fill it in as necessary.

The purpose of this form is to keep your details, instructions and watch together. Also, we always have your contact details to hand should any issue need clarifying.

The recommended way of sending your watch is to put it in plenty of bubble wrap and place it in a padded Jiffy bag. Also include your completed repair form and send it to:

Craig Marvin
7 Woodland Drive
Braunstone
Leicester
LE3 3EA

The preferred way of sending your watch to us is by using Royal Mail’s special delivery service where it can be sent tracked and insured up to the value of £2500

As soon as we take delivery and sign for your watch, we send you a message or call you to confirm this. The watch is then photographed, and we make a condition report.

The watch then goes to the workshop for assessment. While here, we check the watch against the repair instructions. If any extra work is needed or beneficial, we will contact you first to discuss the options.

Upon completion of your watch repair, we will be in touch to arrange payment and delivery.
Should you decide not to proceed with repair, your only commitment is to cover the cost of return postage.
